What do you think there will be after death ? Hell, heaven, nothing, something else?

I believe in life after death, but not in religious things such as heaven and hell. I believe we live on as spirits in a certain place - maybe on this Earth, but in another dimension, separated from the living human world.

Hide in your coffin at day, come out to feed at night. You live like that for centuries. But suddenly you feel alone. Would you make another vampire and how would you describe your "child"?

I guess I would make another vampire, but only if someone really attracts me and I am sure he or she would be the right person to transform. I don't want to be looking for one, I need to suddenly be struck by someone and feel I want him/her to be with me forever. But much rather than creating a new vampire and being some sort of mother to him/her, I would prefer to find another, older vampire who could guide me through the ages.

No. I don't know why as there have certainly been hard times for me, but I believe that there is always something positive around and even if there isn't, there will be again. And it is worth waiting for.

If you could be a vampire, just for one night, what would be the first thing you'd do ?

I would go out and look for those who have lived like this for many centuries already (did anyone say "Marius"?). Just like Lestat did - I want to hear their stories, their past, and everything they have learned so far. I believe their wisdom could be the key to this existence.

Yes. Having read The Vampire Chronicles - just like you - I know that there are some negative sides to it, such as losing your friends and the spirit of your own time. But then again, you can always bring it to an end if you can't stand it anymore, right? ;-) I would definitely give it a shot.
